   Management policy for legal compliance

Management policy for legal compliance and import/export safety management.

This management policy aims to protect the integrity of business performance by developing safety management regulations for all import and export-related activities and import/export supply chains undertaken by the company, as well as to strengthen internal organization and maintain competitiveness.

It is for all persons and subcontractors specified in the regulations related to

international standards for safety management,

such as compliance with import/export supply chain laws and regulations, facility safety, import/export cargo handling procedures, human resource management, and business partner management.

Also, it is meaningful to become a trusted freight forwarder from inside and outside the country by doing its best to protect the stability of our assets and import/export goods from external risk factors through mutual cooperation with the parties in the import/export supply chain.

Because our management policy prioritizes any general work, it must be conducted under the general direction and supervision of safety management,

and there is no restrictions on the activities of the person in charge of safety management.

As the organizer of this management policy, all executives and employees should be aware of the policies outlined below and make every effort to eliminate risk factors in the work process.

         import/export safety management

1. Become acquainted with import and export laws and regulations, as well as domestic and international standards.

2. To promote safety management work, appoint/select a general manager and responsible department, as well as establish a separate working             organization for each department or office. For each part-decision safety management-related work, the head office and branch offices maintain         an organic cooperative system.

3. When hiring an employee, the company must prepare for potential future risks by

guaranteeing the identity related to the tasks (Accounting and Restricted area access work).

When providing regular job training to employees, the company must provide related safety training and record the details in the training log.

4.The company does their best to manage physical safety such as office, warehouse facility safety and handling of import and export cargo.

5. Manage instructions on information system operation and management procedures in documents. The documented guidelines establish                    procedures for the information system’s responsibility and authority, access control to the system room, fault management, and data backup.

6. To prevent unauthorized access to documents and information assets, access control based on grades, access to various documents, etc.,and          access to the operating system are restricted to authorized users. Use and access control are governed by the established internal control policy.

7. The client company secures the stability of the import/export supply chain through continuous management;

Confirm that the company is an AEO certified company for the safety of import and export cargo,

and that an appropriate level of safety management measures are in place.
